romney keeps up. tension rises as debate hits the hot issues. so what we're seeing in all these headlines this morning is essentially there was no huge blow yao winner. there was no big knockout punch from this second debate, but by most accounts, obama, as you can see from these headlines, he really seemed to have the edge. he was on the attack. he was on the offensive. he seemed much more engaged, much more energetic than in the first debate and he really came out and delivered. he did what he needed to do. as for romney, he didn't have any big mistakes and his campaign is saying that he did very well. by all accounts most republicans are very pleased with his performance. but i do think right now at least the edge is going to have to go to owe bam madam president we'll have to -- to obama. we'll have to wait and see how this translates into the polls in the days and weeks to come. jessica, andrea? >> and how it plays out in the voting booth will be critical. if you plan to vote in the presidential race or any other race, the deadline to regis
